Approximately 3am EST May 21, 2013 — Providence Rhode Island experienced a RADAR pulse / Scalar Square.

Move forward 12 hours, 4pm EST May 21, 2013 — the RADAR pulse / Scalar Square epicenter receives a Tornado, Damaging winds, and Hail.
